Privacy note
What the bots store, where it lives, and for how long.
In short
The bots store the minimum they need to work: the IDs Discord assigns to servers, channels, roles, messages and users, and the settings an administrator chooses. Nothing is sold, shared with anyone, or used for advertising. The bots collect no analytics.
Per bot
- TicketBot keeps, per server, the ticket category, the log channel, admin and notify roles, the list of ticket categories, and a blacklist of user IDs. When a ticket closes it reads the messages in that ticket to build a transcript and posts it to the server's own log channel. The bot does not keep the transcript; when one is too long for a message it is written to a file for the moment it takes to upload, then deleted.
- RoleReactionBot keeps which message, emoji and role belong together, and the admin roles, per server.
- EventBot keeps each event (title, time, channel) with the user IDs of the people who signed up, the server's timezone, and which roles may manage events.
- GiveawayBot keeps running giveaways with the user IDs of entrants until each one ends, a per-server blacklist of user IDs, and the admin roles.
- MafiaBot keeps game state while a game runs, and per-server statistics by user ID (games played, wins).
- DBDBot keeps nothing between commands.
Message content
Only TicketBot reads message content, only inside ticket channels, and only to build the transcript described above. The other bots never read messages.
Where, and for how long
Everything lives on the one machine that runs the bots. It is not sent to third parties and it is kept until deletion is requested. To have a server's data deleted, remove the bot from the server and ask through GitHub.
Discord
The bots work through Discord's API. Discord's own privacy policy covers what Discord does with your data.
This website
This site uses Cloudflare Web Analytics, which counts page views without cookies and without identifying visitors. The live status badges are fetched from a public file on GitHub.
